Great article. I am a big fan of index funds. There is the occasional superforcaster who might be able to pick individual companies that will be wildly successful. But as a general rule, a run-of-the-mill analysist cannot consistently beat the market.

The truth is, no one can predict the future, no matter how much advisors try to prove it using technical voodoo magic or fear-mongering.
Stick to passive investing over a long time horizon and you’ll more than likely end up on top.
I'm a huge fan of Index funds. I wish more people knew about how easy it is to manage them.
